The Shopify project for Desinfactive, a Swiss hygiene solutions brand, required extensive automation, inventory management, and payment gateway integration.

Our primary challenges included integrating logistics with Make, syncing Bexio with Shopify using Bedaya, and setting up Worldline/Wallee for seamless payments.

Logistics Process Automation with Make
Initially, we developed the Make automation flow as per the provided requirements. However,
due to design limitations in the delivery note, we explored alternative solutions within Shopify. We
identified a Swiss Post plugin capable of handling similar logistics automation, but the client
preferred continuing with Make integration.Solution Implemented:
- Successfully set up Make integration to automate logistics and streamline the shipping
process. - However, UI inconsistencies persisted in the delivery note and email content, requiring
further refinements. - To address these issues, Soft Solutions4U redesigned the Delivery Note and ensured that
Make triggers its generation upon product shipment. - The client requested a detailed manual documentation guide to better understand the
logistics workflow. - Soft Solutions4U responded by creating a comprehensive, easy-to-follow document that
provided clear insights into the process, enabling smooth internal adoption.

Bexio Integration for Accounting & Inventory Management
To resolve inventory discrepancies, we manually assisted the client in adding stock details and adjusted duplicate SKUs to ensure smooth syncing.

- Shopify to Bexio Sync using Beydaya Connect: Orders, products, and customers.
- Bexio to Shopify Sync: Inventory and payment status updates.
- Inventory Sync Challenge: Inventory updates required manual activation.
- Bundle Product Setup: Specific SKUs were adjusted to enable product bundling.
Worldline/Wallee Payment Integration
Domain Transfer & Management
The client initially hesitated to provide direct credentials for the domain transfer. Instead, they requested a step-by-step guide to handle the transfer internally. After further discussions, they inquired whether we could manage the process on their behalf.
Measures taken:
- Provided a detailed guideline with screenshots to assist with the transfer.
- Explained how to proceed without admin access.
- Clarified that handling the transfer ourselves would require Unaxus credentials.
- Delivered a comprehensive documentation guide per the client’s final request.
Perfect XD Design Implementation
- Meticulous Design Development: We meticulously developed the store to align with the client’s XD design, maintaining visual consistency and brand identity.
- Custom Mega Menu for Seamless Navigation: A highly structured mega menu was designed to enhance user experience and improve product discovery.
- Dynamic Custom Sections: We created reusable, dynamic sections, allowing easy content updates without requiring technical expertise.
- SEO-Optimized Titles & Descriptions: Structured, keyword-rich content was added to improve search visibility and organic reach.
- Advanced Taxonomy Filters: An intelligent filtering system was implemented to help users refine product searches quickly and efficiently.
- Testimonials for Social Proof: A dedicated testimonials section was integrated to enhance credibility and boost conversions.
